By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. They cover the website only; any purchase, sale, rental or construction work is agreed separately and in writing.

We take care to keep listings accurate and up to date, but details can change quickly. A listing is an invitation to contact us, not an offer:

• Prices and rents are indicative and may change without notice.
• A property may be reserved, sold or rented before the website is updated.
• Sizes, features and locations are as provided to us; please confirm them on site and in the documents.
• Photos, renders and videos are for illustration and may not show every detail.

Before any payment, check the ownership, transfer documents and dues with the relevant society or authority. We are happy to help with this.

Please use the website fairly. Do not:

• send false, misleading or someone else's details in our forms;
• copy listings, photos or designs for your own advertising;
• try to break, overload or gain access to parts of the website you should not.

The team area is only for authorised EEZY HOMES team members.

EEZY HOMES is responsible only for payments that are made in one of these two ways:

• deposited into the official EEZY HOMES company bank account; or
• received by the company against an official receipt on EEZY HOMES letterhead, duly signed and stamped by the CEO.

Any payment made in cash or to the personal account of an employee, agent or representative, without such a receipt, is not received by EEZY HOMES, and the company is not responsible for it.

Before you pay, confirm the company account details by calling our office on 0335-8086662, and always ask for the official stamped receipt.

When you send us a property to sell or rent out, you confirm that you own it or are authorised to offer it, and that the details are correct. We decide whether and how to list it, and we may contact you to verify it first.

The text, photos, house designs, videos and logo on this website belong to EEZY HOMES or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but please do not reuse the content without our written permission.

We provide this website as it is. As far as the law allows, EEZY HOMES is not responsible for losses that come from relying on information on the website without checking it, or from websites we link to. Please also read our disclaimer.
