Privacy Policy

EEZY HOMES respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and the choices you have.

  1. 1. What we collect

    We only collect what you choose to send us:

    • Your name, mobile number and, if you give it, your email address and how you prefer to be contacted.
    • What you are looking for or offering: purpose, property type, size, area, budget or demand, features and your message.
    • The page you sent it from and, for property inquiries, the property you asked about.
    • For a construction BOQ, the house map you upload. It is emailed to our team only and is not stored on or published by this website.

    You can browse the website without giving us any personal details. We do not ask for CNIC numbers, plot file numbers or payment details on this website.

  2. 2. How we use it

    We use your details only to reply to you: to share suitable properties, arrange a visit, value or list your property, or discuss construction. Our team receives your request by email and in our secure admin panel.

    We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists. When you list a property with us, we never publish your name or number: visitors contact our team instead.

  3. 3. Cookies and tracking

    The public website uses no advertising or analytics trackers and sets no cookies for visitors. Team members who sign in to the team area receive a sign-in cookie that keeps them signed in; it is not used for anything else.

    To prevent abuse, our server briefly uses your internet address to limit how many forms can be sent in a short time. It is not stored with your inquiry.

  4. 4. Other services

    Some buttons take you to other services, which have their own privacy policies:

    • WhatsApp, when you message us from the website.
    • YouTube, only when you press play on a video (videos load in privacy-enhanced mode).
    • Google Maps, when you open directions to our office.
    • Esri, which supplies the map pictures on our Map page. If you tap “Show my location”, your phone shows your position on the map; it is not sent to us or stored.
    • Our Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok pages.

    The website itself is hosted with reputable cloud providers that store data on our behalf and may process it outside Pakistan.

  5. 5. How long we keep it, and your choices

    We keep inquiries for as long as we need them to help you and to keep normal business records, then delete them. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you sent us: email eezyhomes23@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0335-8086662.
